When you're uploading images on WordPress, you may find that it takes a while to upload.
This mainly happens when you have WebP image replacement enabled in the plugin.
This is normal behaviour and is because the plugin sends your image to the QUIC Cloud CDN to process a WebP replacement - it'll send a .png or .jpg to QUIC and return a WebP image format. This processing can take a little while.
However, the wait is worth it as it'll return a lossless image at a heavily reduced size, meaning that your site will load these images much faster.
