Enabling Email Ports for your Virtual Private Server

January 2026

Due to increased abuse of network resources and outbound spam, we now block email ports on all new VPS orders.

We can unblock them for customers following a support request, but you must provide the following information:

  • Your expected email traffic (outbound) per day
  • Your use case and justification
  • Confirmation that you will not be sending unsolicited and spam emails

If you are an existing customer, we will enable email use for you immediately once you have satisfied the above criteria. For new customers, we require either 1 month of service before enablement, or an ID check.

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to suspend and terminate a VPS at any time following legitimate and authentic abuse reports. Users abusing our service(s) are not entitled to refunds at point of termination.

We strongly suggest that if you need to use your VPS for sending emails, then you should consider using an email relay service.

Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
